My stay was quite a mixed bag. While the hotel has a lovely charm and offers great value for money, the experience was dampened by some noticeable maintenance issues and a less-than-stellar dining experience. I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Hollins Hall. Despite some worn-out areas, the rooms were clean and spacious, making for a comfortable family visit. The staff was always ready to help, and the leisure facilities including the pool were great for relaxing.
